No increased bond for Glenda Rumsey

Glenda Rumsey, the drunk driver who struck and killed 14-year old Jose Rincon, will not have her bond increased. She is currently out on a $50,000 bond.

The point of bond is to ensure the accused does not flee, not to punish her, so I am not surprised that the bond was not increased, even after revelations that she was drunk when she hit Rincon.
