Another paintball victim

Is it one shooter, or are there many? Is shooting cyclists with a paintball gun the new frat-boy pastime in Tucson?
A cyclist who spoke to me today tells me he was shot five times in the head, at close range, from a vehicle in mid-July. He did not fall but was left bleeding from the neck and head.
Any other victims of this kind of attack should contact me.
Let’s hope the Tucson Police Department finds this guy and nails him. I hope they charge him appropriately and the City Attorney’s Office prosecutes in the same fashion.
