Another sign we are winning
I saw today that CNN.com has as one its main stories . . . the Los Angeles Tweed ride! Granted, it’s an “ireport,” which is where they highlight a story written by a member of the public, but still.
Popular culture is showing increasing reception to stories about how riding a bike is fun. I think this is so important for our message — riding a bike is not work, it’s fun.
As my friend M used to say, “Get out of your car and get off on your bike.”

Re your friend’s quote, which I like, I’d settle for this one: “Have an out-of-car experience.”

E did I tell you I went on a tweed ride here in Chicago? The outfits and bikes were fantastic, but the drinking was exhausting.
