Yes, but Bilenky bikes in Philly makes something similar with external gears and cogs as opposed to the internal stuff in the photo. My buddies Mike and Roland both have them. They cost a bit as they’re custom, but when you can carry a keg, a grill, all the trimmings and a tent why not spend freely?

Seriously, those are some sweet cargo bikes, and considerably cheaper than the bakfiets sold a Portland’s Clever Cycles.
