Biker hit by paintball on Stone Avenue today

I just received word from a female bicyclist that she was hit in the back by a paintball fired from, presumably, a paintball gun. It stunned her so much she did not get any description of the vehicle.
It occurred on Stone Avenue right by the Police Station.
A bystander called 911 but the police took so long to arrive she eventually left.
This kind of thing can really shake you up.
Keep it in mind and if you get hit by one of these, try to get an idea of the vehicle. We need to catch these people!
