Flagstaff cyclists ought to work on fixing this. Turns out in Flagstaff, bicyclists must yield right-of-way to right-turning motorists, even when in a bike lane/route.

I sure hope the local authorities determine that something worse than just leaving the scene of an accident occurred here.
As I nearly got creamed trying to navigate the Broadway-Toole-Fourth Avenue Underpass merge today I got to thinking about the new $6.7 million four-storey parking garage that is about to be constructed at that intersection.
Now I am sure my readers all agree how wonderful it will be to get another parking garage downtown.
