Biking Broadway to Park Place on a Sunday afternoon in the Old Pueblo, this time of year…a dicey action?

Except for getting every light red,

Broadway isn’t any fun to ride on but it doesn’t seem all that dangerous to me except for THE BUSES. That’s what’s gonna get you on Broadway, is the buses.

Or you could take the Arroyo Chico bike route that runs parallel just a couple blocks to the south of Broadway, cut through Sears park directly into the parking lot, and not have to sweat the cars at all.

Broadway has always been very sweet on a summer weekend, at around 5 a.m. (bring your sunglasses)
This time of year…
Yes, there is that place called THE MALL PARKNG LOT where we all end up. It’s private property.

I managed to make it to the signing by bike without being maimed, so I was happy about that.
Coming home was perhaps one of the nicest commuter rides I’ve ever had. The weather was just perfect.
I got to ride with Lance and Team RadioShack on Friday. That was pretty surreal. http://www.michaelmckisson.com/blog/29-riding-with-lance-armstrong
