Girls Bike Out- Heels on Wheels
Ladies..if you were on this week’s Tuesday Night Ride, you may have received a flier for Girls Bike Out. Yup, that’s right…get ready to “Cycle in Style.” The first one is this Saturday, February 2nd, and it will meet at 5pm at Time Market. Personally, I am really excited about this ride because wearing a dress while riding a bike is one of my favorite pastimes. There are a number of creative ways to pull this off…Molly, who is organizing the ride, linked to this article about fashion and cycling in the myspace for the event. The author suggests pinning your skirt down, which sounds way to restricting for my taste. I prefer to just wear spandex under my dress…but regardless of how you wear them I hope to see lots of fancy pants and dresses on Saturday!

so sad that i will miss it, but here in berlin, there are so many girls on bikes, I’ll feel a part of it anyway! ciao, bellas!
