Good grief. Man who killed cyclist in 2005 kills two more over Labor Day

Apparently he was driving drunk both times. The County is charging him with murder this time around. Not sure how they will prove intent, but perhaps an underlying felony gets them into homicide.’
The story is here. The family of the first man this person killed requested leniency, apparently in the hopes this would do the driver more good than our less-than-ideal penal system. They must be devastated all over again.
