Youtube has tools and widgets and such that can accomplish what you want but you should probably have a trusted geek implement them, you being a lawyer and all. There are also free 3rd party converters offered on the internet, but beware of spyware and malware.
Actually the quick, dirty, and cheap way would be to go to the source video at youtube:
and simply click on the screen maximizer button (in lower right corner of control panel immediately beneath the video) and let it play full-screen. Press ESC on your keyboard to go back to standard screen. Meanwhile you can surf elsewhere by opening additional browser sessions. This does hog bandwidth, but who cares anymore?
I could have missed one but I don’t think I saw a single helmet!
