Jose Rincon ghost bike stolen again? Replaced?

Apparently the Jose Rincon ghost bike–the third one–was stolen. But someone on Andrea Kelly’s Gridlocked blog says it has been replaced.
As always, if you are looking for a good reason to off yourself, be sure to read the comments. There you can learn, if you choose to, that it is young Jose’s parents’ fault that he was hit and killed by a drunk driver, entirely off the road, who’s blood alcohol content was more than four times the limit.
Rest in Peace young Jose! You sure have stirred up a lot of discussion about bike safety and respect down here!
