Erik- It is clear to me that I will have to design the Mercurio for multiple applications! Obviously we will have to get together for a beer/pineapple and or flavored coffee and discuss your trip. (If you come home, that is). What happens to the dough after it is mixed?

It somehow gets extruded into some kind of pastry-candy in a very mysterious process involving bicycle parts.
