All I know is what was posted here by Erik, which was very little. I wish the Johnson citation had been in the newspaper and on TV news, but it wasn’t that I know of.

Could you pass on the information about Officer Johnson? I did not seem to catch the news about the driver getting charged. I think last thing I read, from Eric’s blog, is that she had moved out of state.

I’m pleased that at least there was an immediate arrest. It took months to charge the woman who hit and killed Officer Allen Johnson. The more the 3-foot-rule is enforced by law and mentioned in the media, the better for all Tucson cyclists.

Unfortunately, I think reporting is getting better because they have had many opportunities to perfect it this year.
