Out of the dozens of times I did this, not a single one had the balls to confront me, they pretty much would just stare straight ahead looking sheepish and embarrassed that I didn't just disappear in the rear-view like they thought I would. But like Mark said, I don't know if I'd be nearly as aggressive these days.
