		<description>Myself I would just take comment #4 buy a decent bike and weld with better theft deterrent IE bring inside design. 
or,
Buy 20 cinder blocks and 50 feet of chain and 10 disc master locks.
Scatter the cinder blocks around the bike, hang them on the handler bars, or stack or hang them in interesting ways. Next cut the chain into 10 sections and take 10 locks and lock all together in one big mess. 
Laminate two signs and a card.
