Patti Lopez ghost bike appears on Camino de la Tierra
ghostbikes March 11th, 2009
Here is a photo of a beautiful ghost bike that has appeared at Camino de la Tierra at the river, just south of Green fields school. It was apparently installed anonymously.
Patti Lopez was a mother of two children still in middle school, struck from behind and killed on May 20, 2008.
I am pleased to see there is a ghost bike memorial for her. I hope that drivers will see it and remember how important it is to pay attention when they drive.
