Whoa– according to this article my friend Megan M. sent me, the Seattle police just caught a bike thief by scraping DNA evidence off his abandoned coffee cup!
Bike shops in the area have begun photographing people before giving them test rides on high-end bikes.

The Tucson PD could stand an infusion of such high caliber law enforcement into their ranks of officers, and especially the leadership. Thanks for posting an interesting article.
