Don’t forget to ask her how that “investigation” into the county officer that drove head-on into the mass of shootout cyclists is going. Remember they wouldn’t address that at their little public CYA presentation because it was “under investigation.”

It’s not surprising LaWall is in the dark, considering TPD field-closes these cases in minutes, without investigation.

Oh, yes !! TPD certainly were on the spot when a driver of a pick-up truck “nailed” my husband a couple years ago. NO citation. Many inaccuracies in the police report – which was completed by an officer who was not even on the site. We have photos of skid marks disputing the report. in spite of the fact that the injuries included numerous broken bones, collapsed lungs, lacerations of internal organs (requiring a lengthy hospitalization) the report said “non-life-threatening injuries.” The lack of concern and attention by the officers on scene was quite profound. They even sent away the other vehicle drivers (witnesses) WITHOUT OBTAINING ANY NAMES OR STATEMENTS!!!
How’s that for “serve and protect?!”
