Still no decision to charge El Tour hit and run driver

I don’t understand the hold up here. The guy obviously left the scene of an accident. But the Daily Star is reporting that the Pima County Attorney’s Office still has not made a determination on whether to charge him. Odd. (The driver critically injured one rider, Gary Stuebe).

Meanwhile, Scott Blanchard is circulating a letter to print out and mail to the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Download it, read it, and if you like it print it, sign it, and send it off. Or send your own.
