Yay Sun Tran

I wrote below that I was unclear what Sun Tran’s response to me meant as far as whether they were holding the driver accountable, but got an email today that said they were. Here’s the whole thing:

Yes, we did deem it is was a chargeable incident to the driver.

that the driver had committed any error?

I am pleased that Sun Tran got on this so quickly and actually did something about it. That’s not what happened last time I filed a complaint with them, a little over a year ago.

    Just out of curiosity, what do you suppose she actually meant by “chargeable?” Was he actually charged with a moving violation, or did some supervisor “charge” (admonish) him with a “don’t do that!”
