Just curious. I'd like to see the meth-heads on "spooky tooths" separately identified rather than associated as "bicyclists." Most of them ride beach cruisers with a 2 stroke engine rigged onto the bike. Very unsafe- as most of these bikes have only coaster brakes. I've often seen them speeding down the wrong side of the road on the sidewalk with no regard for any laws whatsoever. Personally, I am very happy to hear that the guy was stopped for a traffic violation...it's too bad he got away. I'm wondering if there is a solution to this problem.
