You probably don’t want to miss this BICAS Bike-In Movie (Said to include “some of the best bike scenes ever recorded on film . . .” )

From Troy over at BICAS:

Bike in Movie this Sunday everybody, Halloween special:

BLOOD CAR is a 2007 low budget horror comedy that takes place in
the near future when gas is $40 a gallon. A kindergarten teacher
is trying to develop a car that runs on wheat grass but
accidentally invents a car that runs on human blood. His hunger for
driving and all the attention he gets because of it leads him down
the slippery slope of murder. This film is not one of the totally
gruesome horror films but does obviously have some blood and also
some of the best bike scenes ever recorded on film.

Hope to see y’all there.

Looks like Melbourne, Australia, has us beat. They have a whole film festival devoted to bicycling. See:

First we looked to Boulder in admiration for having the ‘nations first’ bank with a ride up window, when Tucson has had one for a couple years next to U of A. Now we look to Australia for a film festival on bikes. Didn’t Tucson just have one of these?
